The four things that go wrong
In that order. If it is one of these, the fix is here and you do not need to wait for a reply.
- Nothing arrived after installing
- The pool needs a channel. Run /worldcup in the channel you want it in, and everyone already in that channel is enrolled. Prediction DMs start with the next matchday.
- Someone is missing from the table
- Channel membership is the roster. If they are not in the channel they are not in the pool, and leaving the channel takes a player out. Re-joining puts them back.
- A prediction did not save
- A league prediction only locks with a scoreline. If the lock did not confirm, the pick did not save, and the fixture is still open in the DM until kick-off.
- We paid and nothing changed
- The pass attaches to the workspace that started the checkout. If the player cap has not moved within a few minutes, email us with the workspace name and we will look at it directly.
Removing the app, and your data
Uninstalling from your workspace stops everything immediately: no more DMs, no more channel posts. If you want the workspace and its predictions deleted rather than dormant, email us and say so, and we will confirm when it is done. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
