A card arrives before each match with the two teams on it. Tap a result, add a scoreline, done. Picks stay invisible to everyone else until kick-off, so nobody copies the colleague who follows the sport.

Scores and the table post themselves
The bot scores every match as it finishes and posts the recap and the updated office table back to the channel on the next working morning. Nobody keeps a spreadsheet and nobody chases picks.
What a tournament pool asks
One question per match, and it takes a second.
Group games ask who wins, or whether it is a draw. Knockout games ask who goes through. Adding the exact score is optional and worth more. Everything locks at kick-off, and nobody can edit a pick once it is in.
